Day 6 is the longest planned day of the Tour de Kentucky - a 128 mile
"Super Century" ride. The ride takes us through the plains and rolling hills of the Pennyroyal region of Kentucky. Although the terrain here is much more flat than that of Eastern Kentucky, a ride of this length is never easy!
The day's ride takes us west from Rough River through Hartford to Madisonville. From there we turn southwest towards Dawson Springs and Princeton. To reach our destination, we cross the Tennessee River using a road over Kentucky Dam, which holds back the river to form Kentucky Lake.
